Can I get tickets at the door?
As we only have limited capacity each day, we encourage you to pre-purchase your tickets early.
What is included in my ticket?
Each ticket holder is entitled to 3 hours of free-flow sampling of all sakes, as well as our Sake Social Merch Pack, consisting of a Sake Social Limited Edition T-shirt, Sake Social Limited Edition Tote bag and a Sake Social Limited Edition Sticker and Pins pack.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable.
Can I stay on after my allocated session?
Due to limited capacity and preparation for the next session, ticket holders are advised to leave after the session has ended. No tasting is allowed after your designated time-slots. We appreciate your co-operation.
What if I am late for the session I pre-booked?
Arriving late means less time for sampling and shopping. We encourage you to arrive early so you can best optimise your experience. You may arrive after the start time of your registered session, but sampling stops at the end time of your registered session.

How can I get there?
The nearest MRT stations are Tiong Bahru Mrt, Redhill Mrt, Chinatown Mrt, however you need to take buses to get to the event venue. There are bus stops along Lower Delta Road, Henderson Road and Jln Bt Merah. The nearest Busstop to the venue is Aft Bt Merah Central which is a 3 minutes walk away from the venue.
I have reached the address of the venue, how do I get in?
There will be way-finding posters to guide you along from the carpark to Wing B which is where our venue is located at.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available at $1.50 per hour from 8am-6pm, and $3.00 per hour from 6pm-8am on Saturday. On Sunday, it is $3.00 per entry.

What forms of payments are accepted?
We accept VISA/Mastercard/AMEX, PayNow.
Is it possible to arrange for delivery?
Yes it is possible, but we will only be able to deliver the sake in the week after the event, at an additional cost of $25. You are welcome to arrange your own delivery with other providers.
